SYS SOLUTIONS<08182> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of SYS Solutions Holdings Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(21/12/2006) pending restoration of the 25% minimum public float of the 
Comany's shares.
