SYS SOLUTIONS<08182> - Share Subdivision

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
SYS Solutions Holdings Limited ("SYS SOLUTIONS") have approved the 
subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares
("Old Shares") of SYS SOLUTIONS into 2 new ordinary shares 
("New Shares").  Effective from today (18/04/2007), a temporary 
counter under stock code 8373 and stock short name "SYS SOLUTIONS" 
will be established for trading in board lots of 12,000 New Shares 
each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 8182) for trading 
in board lots of 6,000 Old Shares each.
